Gas Scrubber
The CLAFIL Venturi Scrubber is designed for efficient extraction of suspended particles in gas streams, as well as for the separation of soluble gases.
Its operation is based on a 4-stage system, where the gas is accelerated through a venturi throat and sprayed with water, generating submicronic particles that adhere to the dust, forming larger particles that are then separated in a cyclone.
Subsequently, the clean gas passes through a droplet separator that removes residual moisture, while the mixture of dust and water is discharged at the bottom of the equipment.
This technology ensures effective contaminant removal across a wide range of industries.
